Is anyone else experiencing this issue? The other world talent for me on my DK works the first time I fall below 20% health after i log in, but only maybe half the time after that. Yes, i am waiting for the 5 min cooldown:).

If you feel that something is not working properly - you need to report it to the technical support team.
