So you should fix this bug like Vallen Arrow, rank A with Seal lvl 65....

This not a bug.

 

Level indicated on the item's description shows when a character will be able to use it.

Also, every gear item has its own internal level determining, among other, bonuses from improvement and seal.

Both levels are mostly identical but still may differ in some cases.

 

Cardigan gear class A is available, according to description, from 50 level - but its internal level is 65. Consequently, it has improvement ans seal bonuses of 65 level.

 

Excellent Cardigan gear class A is available from 65 level but has internal level 60. Its improvement and seal bonuses are slightly decreased but it provides extra good stats.

 

Currently, all Cardigan items are as they are meant to be.

but your explanation is not logical, which item requires a lower level and has higher improvement and seal bonuses than higher level items.
Can you show me an example? since the game was created it has always been like this, since when do items have an internal level? a level that you do not see? and I still will not understand why the class A amulet which requires a level 50, has improvement stats greater than its evolution?

All the player of RQ will tell you the same thing

 

and then it's funny but the 2 items we can used Rune of Preservation

 

i remind you  Rune of Preservation is only for item lvl 60 ou moins

Sadly, there is a lot of "invisible stats" in RQ.

I didn't craft the new items so I didn't know about this but this is interesting.

I agree that the seal level of Excellent ones should be the same as of 65 items.

I guess they decided to make seals weaker because of how overpowered the gear is? Which doesn't make sense to me, especially by how hard to craft it is.

 

It would make more sense to sligthly nerf gear's stats but make the seals as the ones of 65 so the players can see what they're going for from the start.
